La Loma has been allocated a very small number of Moderna Covid 19 vaccinations to administer to patients that currently fall into the following Maricopa County Prioritized Groups:
75 years of age and older
Healthcare Workers
Law Enforcement and Protective Services
Childcare and School employees
If you fall into one of the above groups and have been unable to schedule an appointment at one of the State facilities, please call our office to schedule your appointment. There are limited appointment days and times available.

We are offering rapid COVID-19 tests for SYMPTOMATIC patients. This test is free of charge for patients. Office visit copays and deductibles will apply. Call our office to schedule your sick visit. Due to limited supply, if someone in your household is covid positive , you will have to obtain traditional testing through the state. Please see the covid-19 resources tab above for information on how to schedule.
Flu shots are in! We have a VERY limited number of High dose (65+) and high risk flu shots available. Please contact our office to get scheduled.

Effective immediately all patients and caregivers 2 years old and older coming into the office will be required to wear a face covering. If you have a chronic health condition that prevents you from safely wearing a face covering, please contact our office.
